Acceptable Use Policy
Effective June 1, 2026 · Version 2026-08-28 · Last updated August 28, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who uses AutorunX and forms part of our Terms of Service. It exists to keep the platform safe and lawful for creators worldwide. We may update it as the platform and the law evolve.
1. Consent for voices, faces, and likenesses
AutorunX can clone and synthesize voices, sing in a voice, and generate faces, characters, and likenesses. You may only do so when you have the right to:
- your own voice/likeness, or that of a person who has given you explicit, verifiable consent for the specific use;
- fictional or fully synthetic personas that do not imitate a real, identifiable person; or
- material you are otherwise licensed or legally permitted to use.
You may not clone or imitate a real person's voice, face, image, name, or signature performance without their consent, including public figures, performers, and the deceased where local personality/publicity rights apply.
2. Intellectual property
Do not upload, generate, or publish content that infringes copyright, trademark, design, or other IP rights — including songs, lyrics, scripts, recordings, images, logos, and brand assets you do not have rights to. Report infringement through our Copyright & Takedown Policy.
3. Prohibited content
You must not use the Services to create, upload, store, or distribute content that:
- sexually exploits or endangers minors (CSAM) in any form — this is reported to authorities and results in immediate termination;
- is non-consensual intimate or sexual imagery, or sexualizes a real identifiable person;
- is a deceptive deepfake intended to defraud, manipulate elections, spread disinformation, defame, or harass;
- promotes terrorism or violent extremism, incites violence, or facilitates serious harm or illegal weapons/drugs;
- harasses, bullies, threatens, or doxxes any person, or promotes hate against protected groups;
- impersonates any person or organization, or misrepresents your affiliation; or
- is otherwise unlawful in India, the U.S., the EU/EEA, the UK, or your audience's location.
4. Platform and security abuse
You must not:
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data, or probe, scan, or test our security without permission;
- upload malware or interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Services or other users;
- scrape, harvest, or use automation beyond documented APIs and posted rate limits, or circumvent credit, plan, or usage limits;
- resell or sublicense access to the Services except as expressly permitted.
5. Reporting and enforcement
To report a violation, email [email protected]. We may investigate, remove or restrict content, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP, with or without notice depending on severity, and we may cooperate with law enforcement where required.
This policy is provided for transparency and is not legal advice. It supplements, and does not replace, the obligations in our Terms of Service.
