What is a credit?
Credits are the single unit of usage across AutorunX launch services. At the base rate, $1 equals 100 credits. Your wallet is shared across Voices, Identity, Music, and Films — buy once, use anywhere in the platform.
Do unused credits roll over?
Credits included in your monthly subscription refresh each billing period. Credits purchased via top-up packs do not expire and carry over indefinitely.
Can I use my credits across launch services?
Yes. Your credit wallet is platform-wide. Credits earned or purchased on any plan can be spent on launch services across Voices, Identity, Music, and Films.
What happens when I run out of credits?
New jobs are paused until you top up or until your subscription refreshes. You can purchase a credit pack at any time to continue without changing your plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Polar subscriptions can be managed from the billing dashboard. Razorpay India subscriptions will be enabled after domain and subscription-plan approval; until then support can help with billing questions.
How do upgrades and downgrades work?
Upgrades apply right away — Polar charges a prorated amount for the rest of your current billing period and your higher credits/limits unlock immediately. Downgrades use the Downgrade button on each lower plan card: we schedule the change with Polar for your next renewal (you keep your current plan until then). Billing is for invoices and payment methods, not plan downgrades.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
The Hobby plan is your trial — it gives you 300 credits every month with access to every tool. Upgrade when you need higher limits or more credits.
