AutorunX ("we", "our") is operated by Bluehans Pure & Mindful Elegance (OPC) Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated in India ([Registered office address], India). We are the data controller / data fiduciary for personal data processed through autorunx.com and the launch services across Voices, Identity, Music, and Films. This page explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, who we share it with, and the rights you have.
1. Data we collect
Account data. Sign-in and workspace membership are processed by Clerk. We store account identifiers, profile details, creator handles, your acceptance of our terms, and billing metadata needed to run subscriptions, support, and the shared credit wallet.
Content you create. Launch services include Audiobook, Audio Podcast, Audio Stories, Audio Greetings, Audio E-learning, Voice Clone, Singer Voice, Character Clone, Songs, Commercial Jingles, Poem, Shayari, HeadshotPro, Photo Ads, Video Podcast Creator, and Product Photography. Audio, video, image, clone, prompt, script, and project metadata may be stored so we can generate, play back, edit, export, review, and publish your content.
Creator profiles and marketplace. Public creator profiles, social links, avatars, covers, follow counts, and approved marketplace listings are public and indexable. Drafts, private assets, billing records, and support tickets remain authenticated unless you publish or share them.
Payments. Purchases are handled by payment processors (Polar globally and, where enabled, Razorpay for India). We store order and subscription records (plan, amount, status, processor reference) but do not store full card, UPI, or bank details on our servers.
Support and technical data. Support chat and tickets may store your message, page URL, product/lab/service ID, job or listing ID, browser metadata, severity, and issue type. We also process limited security and log data to operate the platform.
2. How and why we use data (legal bases)
We process personal data to provide and secure the Services and generate content you request (performance of a contract); to operate billing and prevent fraud and abuse, and to improve and protect the platform (legitimate interests / legal obligation); and, where required, on the basis of your consent (for example, future non-essential analytics, or voice/likeness cloning of a consenting individual). Under India's DPDP Act we rely on your consent and on legitimate uses as defined by that Act.
4. International transfers
We and our providers may process data in countries outside your own, including outside India and the EU/EEA. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent measures, and on transfers permitted under the DPDP Act.
5. Data retention
We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services, then for the period required to meet legal, tax, accounting, and dispute obligations. Billing and order records are typically retained for the statutory period (for example, up to 8 years in India). When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. Public listings you remove may persist in caches or in copies made by others.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, update, or delete your personal data; to object to or restrict certain processing; to data portability; to withdraw consent; and to nominate another person to exercise your rights (DPDP Act). EU/UK residents have rights under the GDPR/UK GDPR; Indian residents have rights under the DPDP Act, 2023. To exercise any right, email [email protected]. You may also delete your account from settings or by contacting us, and we will action deletion requests subject to legal retention obligations.
7. Security
We use technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, including access controls, encryption in transit, and use of reputable processors. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password and keep your credentials safe.
8. Children
The Services are not directed to children. You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account. We do not knowingly collect data from children; if you believe a child has provided us data, contact us so we can remove it.
