Beta notice

Effective June 1, 2026 · Version 2026-08-28 · Last updated August 28, 2026

AutorunX is currently a beta. We are still building and improving the platform. A full launch is coming soon. Until then, some services may be incomplete, unavailable, or may not work as expected. This notice sits alongside our other policies — it does not replace them.

1. What beta means

During beta we are testing real workflows — voice, music, image, and video — with real accounts. Features can change, pause, or fail while we improve them. A service listed on the site or in your dashboard is not a promise that it will work every time, or at all, until we fully launch.

After launch, the same products will be the production platform. We will keep improving quality and reliability. Beta is the period before that.

2. How this compares to our Terms

Using AutorunX still means you agree to the policies below. Read them together with this notice:

The Terms already say the Services are provided "as is" and "as available", that beta or coming-soon features may change or be withdrawn, and that we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. This page states the same thing in plain language for the beta period: paying does not unlock every service, and a paid plan does not mean every tool works yet.

3. Payments, credits, and what you may not get

If you buy a subscription, credit pack, or other paid plan during beta, you are paying for access to the platform as it exists now — not for a guarantee that every listed service, model, or workflow will succeed. Some jobs may fail, some models may be offline, and some features may be limited or missing while we improve them.

Fees, renewals, taxes, and refunds still follow the checkout agreement and Terms §9 (Credits, subscriptions, and refunds). Except where the law requires otherwise, a failed or unavailable beta service is not by itself a right to a refund or to extra credits. If a charge looks wrong or a job failed in a way we can fix, write to us — we will look at it.

4. If something goes wrong

If you have any issue — a payment, a generation that failed, a service that will not open, or a question about beta — email [email protected]. A person on the AutorunX team will reply. You can also use [email protected] for the same inbox path we already monitor for legal and account mail.

This notice explains how AutorunX works during beta. It does not replace the Terms of Service or any other policy. If this page and the Terms ever differ on a legal point, the Terms control.
